Job: Helpdesk Coordinator

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Leeds City Centre

We are seeking a dedicated Helpdesk Coordinator to join our clients team at a global facilities management company. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects and advance your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CAFM system on site, including PPM records, reactive maintenance, and reporting.
  • Respond promptly to calls and emails related to business operations.
  • Ensure all reactive requests on the helpdesk are assigned the correct priority and engineer.
  • Maintain communication throughout the reactive job lifecycle between the Facilities Team and end users.
  • Liaise daily/weekly with the Lead Engineer and Operations Manager to ensure service quality.
  • Identify and implement innovations across the contract to enhance performance and meet client expectations.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong administration and customer service skills
  • Experience working in a Facilities Management environment with CAFM systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with attention to detail
