Technical Implementation Manager -SaaS/Software/Integration
My client is a hugely innovative SaaS business who are looking for a talented Technical Implementation Manager to join the team. As part of their maturity phase, they require an implementation professional to wholly own their SaaS implementation projects. Working alongside the development team, you will essentially be the 1st line of defence in spotting tech challenges during client implementation projects. Post sale you will be involved in the requirement elicitation/scoping phase, project planning, resource allocation and then delivery of solution to client. You'll be technical by nature (ex developer or solution designer would work) and be comfortable taking lead on a number of client engaging projects. It is essential that you have managed SaaS implementation projects, and have a sound technical grasp of software integration and more broadly data transformation. Understanding of Agile development practices would be desirable. The role will be based in their amazing Manchester office full time, to collaborate with the development team and feel part of this exciting growth business.
The role is paying £45-55,000 plus some amazing benefits and broader earning potential.
