Our client is seeking a well structured, organised and proactive individual who is a good problem solver and can take ownership as well as resolve issue. You will be a good communicator with strong interpersonal and communication skills (especially on the telephone. You will also be a great team player, personable and a real go getter with the ability to motivate and take initiative. You will be willing to learn new skills and have lots of enthusiasm. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

There are two key job responsibilities to this role: (1) arranging the planned servicing of the product and (2) arranging the site visits for products that have broken down. The product requires servicing once every six months or once every year. You will be responsible for managing these service visits and this will entail liaising with the customer to book service visits, arranging for the engineer to attend the service visit, ensuring the service visit is completed successfully ,recorded in the company systems, and ensure that the customer is informed of the outcome.

You will be responsible for answering incoming requests (via phone call or email) from customers requiring their product to be fixed. This will entail fielding the customer request and getting as much information about the breakdown as possible, booking an engineer in to visit the breakdown, ensuring the visit is completed successfully, recorded in the company systems, and that the customer is informed of the outcome.

You will answer the telephone and deal with customer enquiries, process information from customers and book callouts for engineers, liaise with engineers and site, enter information on planning system, update spreadsheets, liaise with clients and office team to ensure smooth running of jobs and engineer visits and log information from completed site visits and confirm job completion with customer. You will also proactively book service visits, liaise with engineers and site, enter information on planning system and update the spreadsheets. The job will also involve meeting and greeting visitors, general administration, accepting deliveries, following up of outstanding quotes and maintaining customer relationships.

Normal working hours will be 37.5 hours per week.

Start time will be 9:00am and finish at 5:30pm with 1 hour allocated for lunch break

Working days are Monday to Friday.

Starting and finishing times can vary depending upon the work location and trading hours of our customers.

Salary: £25 - 28.000P.A. depending on experience level.
