My Client a leading Asian bank are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their London head office team. The role offers hybrid working with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.
Reporting to the CFO the role as Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:
- Making regular payments to the vendors/ service providers.
- Managing suppliers and ensuring supplier reconciliations.
- Month end entries: depreciation, accruals and prepayments entries.
- General ledger movement, scrutiny, analysis, review on a monthly basis.
- Expense management
- Assisting with draft perparion monthly management accounts along with balance sheet analysis and income analysis.
- Assist in preparation of quarterly VAT.
The candidate
- Degree educated, ideally finance related
- 1-2 years experience in an accounting position
This role pays 30-35k
