With nearly 35 years of expertise in property sales, lettings, and management in the vibrant Northfield area they excel in customer service. About the role:
- Dealing with check out inventories and deposit returns
- Dealing with contractors invoices to ensure payment
- Providing a swift response to all maintenance queries and giving a high level of customer service
- Assisting other members of staff in the PM department whenever required, with renewals or general PM administration.
- Co-operating with the Lettings Team
- Ensuring portfolio compliance will all legislation - Gas Certs, EICR's etc.
- Property inspections
