As a SQL Technician / Project Support Engineer you will be working between internal development and external customers to ensure the projects meet their goals and deliver what clients need. You will use your technical knowledge of SQL (in particular), and awareness of the development process to help manage the process and provide support to external customers.

The SQL Technician / Project Support Engineer will contribute to a supportive team environment, which rewards hard work and innovative thinking. The role is hybrid remote, with two days a week from the company's Lincoln office.
What's required?
The ideal candidate will have some of the following;
- A technical background or knowledge of software development would be ideal, especially SQL.
- Some prior experience working in a client facing position or working closely with external customers.
- Ability manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Any prior project management experience would be highly beneficial but isn't a necessity
- Knowledge of XML, IIS and JSON would also be a plus
