An opportunity to become a part of a historic establishment in the heart of one of the most beautiful towns along the river Thames.

Our client are a prestigious business based in beautiful Henley-on-Thames. They are now seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join their Front of House team on a 40 hour contract, working Wednesday to Saturday.

Key Duties

  • First point of contact for members, guests and visitors
  • Diary management and hotel bookings
  • Answering the phone and resolving enquiries
  • Checking guests in and out of hotel
  • Controlling entry to the car park
  • Checking membership cards
  • General front of house admin and housekeeping

Requirements:

  • Friendly and professional
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Competent with computers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work well within a team and on own initiative
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous admin experience would be beneficial
