Good opportunity to join a successful private practice working within it's busy court team.
Ideally you shall have previous experience of working within a Court Team but candidates who have solid Legal Secretary experience shall be considered.
Typical responsibilities shall include: Preparing and drafting legal documents, such as initial writs, petitions, pleadings and motions
- Audio typing for correspondence and legal documents
- Maintain legal files and documents
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and court hearings
- Assist solicitors in preparing for proofs, hearings, and meetings
All other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
You should have excellent communication skills, be highly organsied and be proficent with MS Office applications.
This role is full time office based.
