What You'll Be Doing:
- Accurate Payment Processing: Handle customer payments with precision, ensuring all remittances and reconciliations are posted accurately and promptly.
- Customer Communication: Engage with customers through phone, email, and online portals to facilitate payments and address any queries efficiently.
- Invoice Distribution: Assist in the accurate and timely distribution of invoices and credit notes to customers.
- Problem-Solving: Work closely with the Credit Control Supervisor to resolve any issues that could impact payment timelines.
- Debtor Reporting: Participate in weekly debtor reporting reviews and contribute to ad hoc tasks and reporting as needed.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders to support seamless payment collections.

- Excel Proficiency: Basic skills in Excel for managing and reporting data.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
