Job Title: Quality Inspector (CMM Programming)

Salary: Up to £33,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Job Description:
A highly regarded precision engineering company in Leeds is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join their growing team. This company, based in a modern 65,000 sq. ft. facility, specialises in precision-engineered components and services for industries including Oil & Gas, Power Generation, and Renewable Energy. Key Responsibilities:
- Program and operate MitutoyoCMM machines to perform detailed inspections of components.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure products meet strict industry and customer standards.
- Accurately read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Document inspection results and address any deviations from quality standards.
- Collaborate with the quality and engineering teams to drive improvements in inspection processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience programming and operating MitutoyoCMM machines.
- Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques and engineering drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Experience in a precision engineering or manufacturing environment is essential.
