Our client has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic internal HR and Recruitment Coordinator to join their leading and globally recognised full-service field marketing agency, which specialises in promoting global technology brands and has over 30 years of experience within their industry.

As a confident communicator who loves to interact with people, you will be responsible for delivering the full day-to-day employee life cycle including attracting, onboarding and engaging talent within the business. This will include office based, field-based or casual positions across the UK to work on several house-hold brand names.

With the ability to develop interpersonal relationships in house and externally, as well as having a keen eye for detail you will thrive in delivering the overall accountability for the businesses hiring plan and be instrumental in driving the continued growth plans of the business.

With the autonomy to succeed, you can expect that no two days will be the same. From developing and onboarding new starters, to creating and advertising job roles, to undertaking the full candidate sourcing, screening and interviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: From understanding the hiring manager's brief, crafting compelling job adverts, sourcing suitable shortlisting candidates, undertaking the screening process, interviews and leading on the offer and onboarding stages.
  • Develop a hiring strategy in line with business growth plans aimed at attracting candidates in key areas across the business and to develop talent pools for the future.
  • Creation and delivery of a recruitment plan to proactively build talent pools ready for anticipated growth and peak periods.
  • Collaborate with Line Managers to drive recruitment for permanent and fixed-term roles, including in-store Promoters and casual workers, where required.
  • Create a robust database of potential candidates and stay connected with Promoter and Temporary teams through social media and other channels.
  • Advertising roles in an attractive format to attract the right candidates for each role using a range of methods.
  • HR administration and operational duties, from managing the offer process and supporting hiring managers and candidates throughout their induction period and beyond.
  • Delivering excellent customer service, both to internal customers and candidates.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Proven success in direct recruitment and HR administration
  • Confident communication skills in both written and verbal capacity
  • Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure when managing multiple tasks and recruitment priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Microsoft 365 proficiency and adaptability to utilise internal systems
  • A proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Experience of high-volume, as well as permanent UK-wide recruitment is desirable
