The Successful Applicant
- Experience in tax compliance and advisory work, ideally within a practice environment
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent, or working towards one
- Ability to manage client portfolios independently and maintain high standards of service
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on client relationships and teamwork
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior staff members
