A brilliant and highly important UK charity, supporting some of society's most vulnerable people in many ways, is in need of a Senior Finance Business Partner. This is a newly-created role following a restructure and will be vital to the long-term success of the organisation. The role will report into the Head of Finance and oversee a team of four part-qualified Finance Business Partners. It will pay circa £53,000 per annum. It is a hybrid role, with two days per week in the London offices.
As the Senior Finance Business Partner your role will include:
- Overseeing a team of four finance business partners including mentoring, managing and delegating
- Business-partnering senior stakeholders across the organisation
- Working closely with the FP&A Manager and Head of Finance to determine the needs of the organisation
- Producing budgets and forecasts for each area of the organisation
- Ensuring an effective and efficient month-end process is in place
- Supporting stakeholders to make financial decisions via meetings and the production of impactful analysis
The ideal Senior Finance Business Partner will:
- Be a qualified accountant (or qualified by experience)
- Have experience with finance business partnering
- Have a passion for humanitarian issues and supporting vulnerable people
- Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and at times have difficult conversations
