Due to continued growth and expansion, a position for a Service Controller has now become available to join a fast paced and dynamic team. You will be the linchpin between the clients and engineers, supporting with their maintenance, repair, and general service schedules.
What's involved for Service Controller...
- Process orders
- Input and update CRM system
- Monitor and update customers
- Work closely with engineers
- Manage engineers diaries
- Deal with warranties
- Raise quotes and repairs for products
- Book service and maintenance jobs
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong administrator, planner or service controller background
- Experience scheduling engineers diaries
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to prioritise workloads
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
