Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identifying new business partnerships through a strong consultative approach, narrowing down an individual businesses needs and requirements and offering a solution based sale
- Nurturing accounts through expertise of everchanging product line and bespoke offerings
- Develop a strong understanding of pain points within target businesses and challenges they may face, offering an empathetic, knowledgeable solution
- Target and grow business relationships from the ground up through a resilient, confident approach
Skills & Requirements
- Experience within a Learning and Development based role is crucial
- An ambitious, confident individual with a strong hunter mentality
- A passion for working within a determined team who thrives on achieving results
- Experience dealing with large enterprises is desirable
- Self-starter, can do attitude with the ability to self-motivate
- This role is remote/hybrid
