Overview

Mitchell Adam currently have the pleasure of recruiting a Finance Manager for our family feel, service based client based in Solihull. Our client has been organically growing at a rapid rate taking a charge in their sector and becoming the gold standard in the service they provide. Due to the increase in turnover, a dedicated and experienced candidate is needed to spearhead the finance function.

Joining this business full of vibrant personalities and industry you will immediately feel at home and ready to take charge on the accounts. Working closely with the CEO, you will be collecting data to analyse trends, compiling budgets, forecasts and cashflows and comparing a detailed management accounts pack.

Skills needed

  • Have management accounts exposure in a busy department.
  • Be part qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA, or preferably qualified by experience.
  • Possess strong communication skills, as you will be reporting in to the CEO, and other external stakeholders.
  • Be system literate, with intermediate skills in Excel and a strong eye for detail.
