Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider, to recruit for an Electrician on an initial temporary basis.
The successful candidate will be completing electrical work across Stockport on void and tenanted social housing properties
Responsibilities of the Electrician:
- Undertaking electrical repairs and maintenance to void and tenanted social housing properties
- Wiring combi boilers
- Installing smoke and co2 alarms
- Completing wiring for remote heating thermostats
- Carrying out fault finding and diagnosis
- Providing testing, inspection and the appropriate certification for electrical components and equipment
- Ensuring work is completed to the highest standards and quality
- Completing accurate records of work undertaken
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements of the Electrician includes:
- UK Driving License
- 18th edition
- 2391
