This role will report to a superb Financial Controller who has a passion for developing, coaching and supporting her team.

The Role:

Provide technical accounting expertise to ensure a consistent and high-quality finance service, covering all team activities as required.

Manage the development of process improvements and changes for finance processes across the business, ensuring financial controls are followed and policies, procedures, and process notes are routinely reviewed, updated, and communicated.

Provide monthly management accounts and balance sheet and payroll control reconciliations.

Liaise with software support to produce and analyse reports, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Deputise for the Financial Controller.

Managing 2 members of staff.

Requirements:

Qualified or Part Qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent with technical accounting knowledge gained through practical experience in a finance environment.

Experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
