The Role & The Company
This e-commerce company has been in the Car Dealership sector for over 50 Years and are on the hunt for a Web Developer to join their growing team. They are the first of their kind within the industry creating a simpler platform for Car Dealers and Manufacturers to manage their data insights and maximise their vehicle sales.
Your role as a Web Developer will be to work alongside the larger Agile Product team to drive their platform forward whilst exploring new technologies and come up with solutions to any problems you may come across. You will play a key part in designing and developing platform improvements whilst liaising with other departments to make sure all issues are resolved with the best possible outcome. This team are massive on building a culture of support, so helping each other to complete tasks will be an important part of the position.
Essential Skills
- Current working experience with Python
- Experience with MySQL, Postgres or NoSQL
- Familiar with API principles (REST, GraphQL)
- Familiar with Agile working practices
- Knowledge of and/or experience with Angular or Vue
- Knowledge of and/or experience with AWS Services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda)
