Business Development Executive
£25,000 + £8,000 OTE / Caton, Lancaster – Hybrid / Permanent
My client, a leader in the conveyancing industry, are looking to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their rapidly growing team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have proven sales experience or be passionate about joining an award-winning sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Gathering leads to then be passed onto the wider Sales team to convert into new business opportunities
- Opportunity to convert self-generated leads and maintain existing client relationships
- Support the sales team in developing new sales strategies to target potential clients
- Attending industry events and networking events
- Supporting the team with onboarding new clients and other general administration
Essential Skillset
- Proven sales experience either face to face or telephone sales
- Sales experience in the property/real estate sector is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to work to targets and KPIs
- Resilient personality and ability to perfume under pressure
Package
- Caton, Lancaster – hybrid working
- £25,000 + £8,000 on target earnings
- Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
- Free parking
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
