Job Title: Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer
Location: Worminghall, Aylesbury
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday

The Job:
We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer to join our client's team. The role involves picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and meeting performance targets. You will also assist with general warehouse duties and inventory management.
Main Responsibilities & Duties:
- Picking and packing products based on customer orders.
- Recording batch numbers and key information on orders.
- Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods.
- Inspecting goods for accuracy, quality, and quantity.
- Packaging and labelling products for dispatch.
- Assisting with the processing and recording of customer returns.
- Ensuring inventory tasks are completed daily.
- Loading and unloading vehicles such as lorries and vans.
- Labelling and organising stock in the warehouse.
- Safely operating forklifts and pallet trucks (if qualified, FTL is not essential).
- Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment.
- Assisting with stock-taking and equipment maintenance.
- Performing additional duties as required by management.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or picker/packer role is a plus, but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic IT skills for recording data.
- Experience operating forklifts or pallet trucks is desirable.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Able to drive due to the location.
