We are currently recruiting for a brand-new HR Assistant vacancy, to work in the London office of a leading US law firm.
The successful candidate will be an organised team player with sharp attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional to join a thriving global law firm. Typical responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring the team inbox.
- Maintaining employee records an HR data entry.
- Providing assistance with scheduling meeting and training sessions
- Assisting with new joiner checks and reference letters.
- Assisting with payroll & benefits administration.
- Preparing confidential documentation.
A highly competitive salary of up to £35k per annum is on offer, plus benefits and hybrid working arrangements are in place.
Suitable applicants will have a strong academic background, some prior experience in a fast-paced professional services/legal environment (with experience of supporting an HR function being highly desirable) and demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
