We are seeking ambitious and committed Graduate Teaching Assistants to join a team within a secondary school situated in the London Borough of Croydon commencing in September 2024. This is an ideal role for those passionate about supporting young people to reach their potential and make excellent academic progress.
- Responsibilities of a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
- Support teachers with the lesson planning and material preparation.
- Understand the responsibility of safeguarding pupils and reporting any concerns to the safeguarding lead.
- Work with students with varied abilities and needs on a 1:1, small group, and whole class basis.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills.
