Rota Saturdays 9.00am-5.00pm with toil

About the Client:

Our client is a professional and established independent lettings agency in Northamptonshire known for their commitment to delivering excellence across both Sales & Lettings.

They are seeking a talented and experienced Head of Department to join their Property Management team.

Role Overview:

The Property Management Head of Department will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property management division. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing a small team of three professional staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and motivating the property management team to ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely repairs and maintenance.
  • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Monitoring compliance with relevant property management regulations and legislation.
  • Collaborating with the General Manager to develop and implement departmental strategies.
  • Providing regular reports on departmental performance to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in property management, ideally within a leadership or senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of property management regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective team management and leadership abilities.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.
  • Driving license essential
