This is a super role for somebody who is looking to start their career with legal compliance and legislations. Full training will be given and the position offers a great career path.
Ideally you will have at least 1 years experience within an office environment however this is NOT essential.
The position offers excellent opportunities and could will eventually involve travel once you are fully established, comfortable and have the relevant required knowledge.
Training includes both internal and external (government training) courses.
You will be ensuring the laws associated with international trade control, export and licensing processes are adhered to, as well as internal compliance obligations. The laws are forever changing and require updating.
It would be your responsibility to apply these changes to the work place, and ensure all procedures and documentation are correct and up to date at all times, which is where the paralegal duties apply.
The role will carry a lot of responsibility and will involve making decisions.
You will have the opportunity to travel, meet with clients and be involved with related events.
