I have a great role for a dynamic Team Assistant to join at City based Insurance company. The Team Assistant will work closely with two other Assistants, helping to provide support to senior stakeholders across the business. This is a great opportunity for a Team Assistant who is looking to build on their existing skills and experience, working within a collaborative and inclusive environment.

The Team Assistant will join on an initial 6 month contract, with the potential to extend or stay permanently.

Excellent hybrid working is available, working 2-3 days a week in the office, alongside some amazing benefits!

What you'll do

  • Complex diary management for Senior Stakeholders
  • Organise all internal and external meetings, booking restaurant and client events
  • Prepare meeting reports, presentations and other documents as required
  • Assist with travel arrangements
  • Ad hoc project support as and when required

**What you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a similar Team support role
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience working within Insurance or financial services desired
