Office Administrator/ Trainee Recruitment Resourcer

You will be working for business included in Top 100 Small Companies to work for by The Times and awarded Platinum Investors in People. Place with amazing growth potential and established position on local market.

Working Hours will be Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with 1 hour lunch break.

Starting Salary will be £24,000 per annum plus monthly bonus depending on office earnings (OTE of up to 28,000 in first year).

Holiday allowance including an extra 5 days and together with bank holidays it is 33 days per year.

In this role, not 2 days are the same and you will have a chance to face different challenges and learn multiple new skills. With on work training your usual duties will include:

  • general administration duties
  • resourcing, interviewing and registering candidates
  • providing first class experience for clients and candidates
  • updating and maintaining employees database
  • online advertising
  • processing timesheets, new starters, P45's and holiday requests
  • managing shift schedules and staffing levels as per requirements
  • support team in any tasks necessary
  • any other duties according to business needs

No experience in recruitment will be necessary for this position as we are happy to provide full training including working along with experienced person duties you will be taking over. All you need is positive 'cando' attitude, excellent work ethic and hunger for success.
