HR Project Manager - Mostly Remote

H9 are exclusively working with an establish client who are looking for a HR Project Manager on a 12-month FTC to support them through change & transformation within the business.

You will be able to work from wherever is suitable to complete the task at hand. This might be at home, in one of their offices. You may be required to travel between the offices when required across Lincolnshire.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of HR initiatives in evaluating service areas to implement change programs and solutions for organisational change, demonstrating expertise in restructures, employee transfers, and redundancies.
  • Aid in the coordination and successful completion of project deliverables, identifying potential risks and issues.
  • Contribute to defining the organisation's strategic direction by developing plans for business growth.
  • Oversee transformation projects, utilising appropriate tools and method
  • Develop and manage timelines for change programs, communicating with managers and business partners about deliverables, schedules, and required support.
  • Support and guide managers and employees through periods of change and transformation.
  • Assist in the creation of project documents and ensure timely and relevant communication.
  • Coordinate and facilitate regular group meetings and ad hoc projects

Qualifications & Desired Experience

  • CIPD qualified
  • Intermediate or advanced qualification in HR or Employment Law
  • Minimum five years' experience working at a senior level
  • Car owner and driver as travelling between sites is essential
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment where planning, organising, prioritising and multi-tasking were required
  • Experience and knowledge of working with workplace unions
