My lovely client who is visually impaired requires a flexible person who wants a varied PA/Admin role which also will include providing professional sighted technical support.
Office based 4 days a week (Norwich City Centre) or remotely with one day in the Norwich office. Hours will be around 30 per week. Ideally Monday to Thursday with Friday off.
Temporary role to cover maternity leave. To commence asap for 10 months plus
Hourly pay depending on skills/experience £13.00 - £15.00 per hour
For this role you will need your own car for occasional meetings outside of Norwich.
Some duties will include:-
Data entry
Typing letters
Taking minutes at meetings and noting all action points
Diary management - Arranging travel and meetings
General admin tasks
You will need to be highly organised, good with IT and have a calm, caring and empathetic personality. Also you MUST be OK with dogs.
