Credit Controller

Temporary role: Dedicated Credit Controller to join my clients Finance team based in Nottingham City Centre.
35 hours per week, with a possibility of some work from home days.
Day to day of the role:
- Process outstanding invoices and ensure timely collection.
- Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices via telephone, email, and letter.
- Resolve queries promptly and respond to customer inquiries efficiently.
- Provide assistance to the overall Credit Control function as required.
- Manage own customer account base and live accounts.
- Work collaboratively with the team to reduce average debtor days.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Recent and relevant Credit Control experience.
- Experience with SAP systems is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage relationships effectively.
- Proactive and able to use initiative in a busy, process-driven environment.
