HR Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced HR professional to manage and lead the delivery of a full HR process, dealing with all people related matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing new starters and leavers documentation, as well as all employee changes e.g. maternity leave
  • Recruitment administration: writing up job descriptions, scheduling interviews, drawing up offer letter and contracts, etc.
  • Processing staff absence
  • Managing staff probations and appraisals
  • Arranging/delivering staff training to update of HR changes
  • Providing guidance to SLT to deal with disciplinaries, grievances or redundancies.

Key attributes

  • Experience in a similar HR position
  • CIPD qualification
  • Excellence written and verbal English
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Demonstrable knowledge of employee legislation and HR best practice.
  • Positive attitude
