A well known social housing contractor is looking for an experienced Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) to join their team based in Birmingham. The role will involve liaising with tenants/customers across a wide range of properties that are being refurbished within the social housing sector.

This client are a UK wide social housing contractor who focus predominantly on the refurbishment of social housing properties across the UK, however this role is covering the Birmingham area.
Description
- To provide consultation and support to residents before, during, and after works on their homes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the customer/resident journey while adhering to client and engagement procedures.
- Develop effective working relationships with residents, clients, subcontractors, site-based personnel, local stakeholders, the local community, and the Customer Care Department.
- Conduct choice events, consultation events, and individual consultations with residents regarding future work.
- Conduct individual resident inductions, including an introduction to the process, scope of works, and property and personal belongings condition surveys, complete with photographic evidence.
- Complete resident profiling and collaborate with the site management team to implement effective working practices, discussing with the client's customer care team when appropriate.
- Agree on access arrangements with residents and schedule appointments to enable work on their homes.
- Organise and provide support needs such as packing boxes, dust sheets, storage, and other facilities as required and agreed upon.
Profile
Ideally you will have:
- Previous experience within a customer service based role
- Previous customer liaison experience within the construction / social housing sector
- Basic understanding of construction and social housing
- Familiarisation of GDPR regulations
- Computer literate in MS office
