Our client is an industry-leading logistics company based in Stanford-le-Hope who are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their tight team in a fully office based role, reporting to the Financial Controller.
This is a great opportunity for an individual to expand upon their skillset in a supportive and friendly team.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Processing purchase invoices
- Checking supplier statements
- Credit Control
- Bank reconciliations
- Reviewing and posting credit card transactions
- Creating & maintaining customer and supplier records on multiple systems
