Part-Time School Cleaner Needed in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk
We are looking for a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a part-time school cleaner for temporary cover. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our school community.
Position Details:
- Location: Great Yarmouth, Norfolk
- Working Hours: 3 PM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday
- Duration: Temporary position until the end of October
Key Responsibilities:
- Hoovering: Ensure all carpets and rugs in classrooms and corridors are thoroughly vacuumed.
- Mopping: Clean and sanitize all hard floors, ensuring they are free from dust and stains.
- Sweeping: Keep all areas, including corridors and entryways, free from debris and dirt.
- General Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness of classrooms, including wiping down surfaces, emptying bins, and ensuring a tidy environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided.
- Skills: Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a keen eye for detail.
- Attributes: Punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- DBS Check: A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check will need to be passed.
