WE ARE HIRING for FRONT Office Team Members.

Be part of our fun group interview process and secure a full-time role (only) on the day.

A group interview means that you will be with multiple candidates being interviewed at the same time for same role.

This will last approx 3 hours, You will be asked individual questions and be required to participate in some fun group activities.

We will want to see that you have good teamwork ability and show you are able to cooperate with other candidates.

All successful applicants MUST be able to start one week of extensive training at our ILH DNA Academy. Starting 7th Oct 2024 until 11th Oct 2024 Mandatory Foundation Course.

Full Time Front Office: Salary is from £24,232.00 - GBP 27,799.00 per annum plus Benefits.

  • Night Receptionists (40 hours a week, 11pm- 7pm)
  • Night Porters (44 hours a week, 4 days/7 days, 8 pm- 8 am)

What you will be doing

As a Front of House Team Member for Imperial London Hotels, you are a key part of our guests' experience and their first impression of visiting our hotels. You make it your mission to ensure you and your team deliver an exceptional journey from check-in to check-out.

With your warm and friendly interaction, you have the ability to anticipate individual guests needs, seeking out opportunities to go the extra mile to wow our guests and give them the attention that they deserve.

An ambassador for our Imperial London Family Hotels, you take pride in terms of your own personal appearance and ensure the reception and adjoining areas represent a great welcoming environment. You will help our guests with your expert knowledge of the hotel services and that of the local area and surroundings.

What we would like from you

  • Be able to attend a week of Intensive Foundation Front Office training from 7th Oct 2024 until 11th Oct 2024 .
  • Must be flexible to be able to work during weekends and bank holidays and shift pattern basis.
  • Previous experience gained in a customer-facing role or similar position would be beneficial.
  • Proof of having been gainfully employed for at least 1 year.
  • You will have a good level of spoken and written English. If you speak other languages, this would be advantageous.
  • Confident and engaging personality with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • You will have the ability to effectively problem solve and find a resolution to our guests' satisfaction.
  • Rights to work in the UK with your ID/Passport and share code.
