We are currently recruiting for a part time Janitor for our client based in Swindon.
Monday - Friday
8am - 1pm
£12.50 per hour
Duties Include:
- To deal with all cleaning elements within the buildings Vacuuming of hallways and stairs in all buildings
- Sweep and mop lobby areas daily
- Removing any litter from the buildings and leaflets from the lobby areas
- Deep cleaning of lifts inside and out and polishing mirrors/doors
- Decobwebbing external window sills at ground level
- Clean the door glass in the main entrances
- Dust internal communal window frames and sills
- Dust stair rail base and clean stair treads
- Clean internal doors, vision panels and push plates
- Inspection, tidying, sorting and cleaning of bin store daily/as required, remove items from floor and report bulk items left to the caretaker
- Emptying cigarette boxes
- Litter pick of the grounds
- Assisting the caretaker as required with furniture removal
- To complete all other tasks reasonably requested of you by the caretaker or managing agent
