A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced legal secretary or personal assistant to join my clients Serious Injury team on a hybrid basis in their Manchester office.
My client is a top 100 law firm based in Manchester with a renowned reputation for delivering high quality service and advice with exceptional personal service.
As a Legal Secretary/Personal Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Providing one to one administrative support to one Partner and one Senior Associate within the Serious Injury department.
- Managing their diaries, setting up meetings and making necessary travel arrangements.
- Digital dictation; generating third party correspondence, emails and Court documents.
- Liaising directly with clients, their families and various other professionals.
- Preparing electronic trial bundles and collating necessary enclosures.
Experience working within catastrophic personal injury claims is desired, but not essential. It is, however, essential that candidates possess exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to work within a team and can empathise with their clients and their families.
Skills and Aptitudes:
- Understanding of the importance of developing and maintaining good client relations.
- Telephony skills.
- Knowledge of filing systems
- Ability to draft relevant correspondence including email
