As the Paid Media Manager for my client, you will be responsible for strategising, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media. Your primary goal will be to increase brand visibility, attract new clientele, generate high-quality leads for their services, and drive revenue by directing traffic to their website/products. You'll need to blend creativity with data-driven insights, designing impactful campaigns that resonate with the target audience while maintaining the client's luxury brand image.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute paid media strategies that align with the company's growth goals, focusing on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Set up, manage, and optimise paid search and social media campaigns to drive high-quality leads and conversions. Monitor campaign performance regularly and adjust bidding, targeting, and creatives as needed to improve ROI.
  • Plan, forecast, and manage paid media budgets to ensure optimal efficiency and profitability, maximising the impact of every dollar spent.
  • Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop visually compelling and copy-rich ad content that resonates with high-end clientele, ensuring messaging consistency across all platforms.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity in luxury, and paid media spaces.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar paid media role, preferably in the luxury, healthcare, or premium services sector.
  • Strong ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. Proficient in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant tools.
  • Experience managing and optimising large budgets effectively, with a strong understanding of profitability and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Ability to collaborate with creative teams to develop luxury-targeted content that maintains brand prestige while achieving campaign goals.
