Handle are pleased to be working with an exciting data and technology organisation to source a business operations administrator. This role is at the heartbeat of this close-knit team, and we are looking for someone who can wear multiple hats and support the team and culture.

From managing HR admin, employee records and onboarding, to assisting with accounts tasks such as processing invoices, this is a varied role which ensures the smooth running of this organisation. You'll also be a big part of our office culture by organising exciting events and social days.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee enquiries, guiding them, where necessary, to the right source of information
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding and offboarding.
  • Oversee employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and optimise organisational effectiveness
  • Support payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Organise company events and team-building activities to foster a collaborative work environment. Source venues and organise company events such as Christmas party, Summer Sports Day, quarterly socials and Company Meetings.
  • Maintain a well-organised office space that promotes productivity and well-being.
  • Assist in maintaining financial records and ensure accurate entry of invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions.
  • Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, including payment processing and customer invoicing.
  • Maintain organised digital filing systems for all financial documentation.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in business support including HR administration
  • A basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that foster a positive company culture
  • Organisational skills that ensure nothing falls through the cracks, even in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software, Hibob and Gusto is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in HRIS recruitment softwares such as Workable is a bonus.
