Responsibilities:
- Operating HV Colour and Black & White devices via network connections.
- Operating finishing equipment such as wire/comb binding, guillotining, and laminating.
- Working to tight, specified deadlines.
- Completing administrative and data input tasks.
- Providing excellent customer service and representing our client on-site.
- Handling client inquiries in person and over the telephone.
- Assisting with any other duties as required.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A good level of IT skills, including knowledge of print set-ups.
- The ability to prioritise and manage peak service demands.
