A professional UKAS accredited Asbestos Constancy are now seeking to take on a BOHS P402, P403, P404 qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, covering Domestic, Local Authority, Commercial, and Industrial sectors across the Midlands region. The successful candidate will have extensive experience carrying out the full range of surveying and analytical duties in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. For the successful candidate, our client can offer tailored training, company pension scheme, paid travel time, and opportunities for overtime.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding industry relevant qualifications is essential to the role e.g., BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent.
" Will be well versed in HSG 264 & HSG 248 guidelines.
" Experience working hands on as a surveyor and / or analytics for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy.
" Excellent communication skills.
Working on Local Authority, Industrial, Educational, Commercial, and Social Housing sites, carrying out the following surveying and analytical duties:
" Management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys.
" Sampling of ACMs, ensuring to bag safely and label correctly.
" 4 stage clearances.
" Leak, smoke, background, re-occupation and personal air testing.
" Auditing of contractors on site.
" Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports based on site findings.
" Ensuring surveying and analytical duties are carried out in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Liaising with clients with requires, representing the company professionally.
