Simon Acres Recruitment are excited to be recruiting in Aberdeenshire for a Kitchen and Bathroom Showroom Manager to join a reputable and award-winning retailer who are recruiting for their trade division.
Salary: Paying a basic of £35,000 basic, plus bonus (£50,000 OTE).
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm, Saturday 9.00am-5.00pm & Sunday 12.00pm-5.00pm. 4-day then 6-day rota - one day off during the week and every second weekend off.
The Role:
- Managing the day to day running of a successful showroom.
- Ensuring that you always uphold standards within the showroom.
- Managing a team of 4 Kitchen & Bathroom Designers.
- Providing technical support to designers analysing and checking designs.
- Driving growth, sales and performance within the team.
- Growing the trade division and encouraging sales opportunities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years sales/people management experience within Kitchens or Bathrooms.
- Proven track record of sales success.
- Experienced in designing kitchens or bathrooms (preferably within a trade setting).
- Strong people management skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and drive growth and overall performance.
- Ambitious, motivated and hungry to succeed.
- Technical understanding and knowledge of designing kitchens and/or bathrooms.
- Experienced in using CAD Software.
- Must hold a full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle.
