ADMINISTRATOR
Our market leading and award winning clients have an outstanding opportunity to join their team as an Administrator secretary support at Director level. The Administrator will be responsible for:
Provide full administrative support for Director
First point of contact for queries to the Directors office
Administer emails and book/maintain diaries
Spreadsheet reporting
Sending out reports, letters, contracts, general adhoc post
Attending meetings and note taking
Screening calls
Arranging audits and liaison with external agents
Booking travel and accommodation for Managers visits
Prepare documentation for management meetings
Raise Purchase orders, deal with invoice queries
Prepare any expense claims for the team, liaise with accounts dept
Meet and greet visitors, post and scanning
Assist the customer services team with administration
