As the HR Advisor, you will provide support, advice and guidance to managers within the business on all people related matters.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Managing and supporting with ER casework.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers on all people related issues.
- Support all recruitment related activities.
- Participate in the delivery of training sessions.
We are looking for:
- Previous experience working as an advisor with strong hands on experience managing ER casework.
- Excellent Employment law knowledge.
- Ideally CIPD qualified - Not essential.
- Excellent communicator.
- Extremely strong attention to detail.
Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for a quick turnaround with start dates.
