Do you enjoy helping people and making a difference in your work?Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a Customer Support Advisor to join the team.

The main purpose of this role is to provide customers with an exceptional customer experience by phone and email.

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £24,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus increasing annual leave entitlement with length of service, health insurance, bonus schemes and more! This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing orders and returns,
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries,
  • Booking appointments on customers request,
  • Office duties including database cleansing and sorting through post.

The ideal candidate:

  • Will need to be a people-person who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills,
  • Must be empathetic, patient and kind-natured,
  • Will be comfortable using a computer on a daily basis, using in-house systems and emails,
  • Must be an excellent communicator, both written and verbally.
