Your new role
As a member of the procurement and supplier management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering FM procurement solutions to a broad client base, covering a mix of hard and soft FM. This role will be responsible for developing medium and long-term category strategies across a range of industries and sectors, with the aim of delivering cost savings and efficiencies in the supply chain. You will work within a team of 6 FM procurement professionals, with the opportunity to deliver on new and exciting projects frequently.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have extensive knowledge of the FM category, particularly soft and hard services. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and be confident to engage with colleagues and clients in this mammoth business to deliver on complex projects. Ideally, you will have experience working within an IFM business within a previous role. You should be highly self-motivated and able to work independently to allow you to effectively work in this hybrid role.
What you'll get in return
