We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager within the HVAC industry. The primary responsibility for this role will be to manage on average between 3-5 projects to end to end including planning, management, coordinator and financial control.
Key responsibilities for a Project Manager
- Support sales team during pre-contract phase giving technical support / advise
- Full ownership of projects
- Plan and source labour, materials, equipment etc.
- Manage costs
- Source contractors and subcontractors
- Produce and manage risk assessments
- Ensure everything is compliant with quality standards
- Update systems with all relevant information
- Costing additional works and recording extras
Key skills for a Project Manager
- Experience with HVAC Systems
- Driving license required
- Organised
- Punctual
- Communication skills
- Team work and leadership skills
- Problem solving skills
Our client is based in Bedfordshire but has work all over the UK with lots of their projects in and around London.
This role which gives you complete autonomy running projects end to end.
