Duties will include:
- Liaising closely with customers via telephone and email.
- Updating the system and records for each customer.
- Budling strong relationships with both customers and third parties to ensure a positive outcome for all
- Working closely with team members to ensure overall team success.
Ideal candidate will:
- Have great interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong long-lasting relationships
- Have a positive and enthusiastic approach to work
- Keen on self-development with the willingness and want to learn
- Good computer, literacy and numeracy skills
- Office experience and use of a telephone in a professional setting is desirable but not essential.
