- Salary £25,000 to £32,000

- Monday - Friday hours (8:45am-6:00pm)
Job Details for Property Manager
- Dealing with a portfolio or Lettings properties
- Communicating with Tenants and Landlords
- Checking and auditing files
- Tenancy Agreements
- Dealing with maintenance issues
- Problem solving
- Responding to emails in a timely manner
The ideal Property Manager
- Lettings Experience is a must
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Customer focused
- Excellent organisation skills
- Competence with general administration skills
- Confident in working with Microsoft Package
- Can work in fast paced / high pressure environments
