Description
- Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support.
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Identify trends, advise the company and recommend actions based on sound analysis.
- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives.
- Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc queries.
Profile
A successful Finance Analyst should have:
- Actively studying towards ACCA/CIMA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good business acumen for problem-solving.
- Confidence in presenting and explaining data to non-financial managers.
- An understanding of the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
